 Rates and Info:

Headshots:

$300 for approximately 60-90 minute outdoor shoot in Los Angeles

$275 for studio/outdoor shoots in Los Olivos (Santa Barbara County).

We can squeeze as many "looks" as you want into that, but usually we can get a solid 2-3 different set ups.

If you have something bigger in mind, or a more walk around "editorial" type of shoot, we can work something out.

Families, Parties, Events, Engagements etc: 

$300 for 90 minute(ish) shoots.

For longer events, weddings, corporate functions etc. Please shoot me an email to discuss a quote.

Los Angeles/Santa Barbara:   I generally shoot around Toluca Lake or Hollywood in Los Angeles. But if you're more comfortable at/around your place and you have some nice light, or a garage, I'm happy to come to you.

Los Olivos:

I have indoor/outdoor studio space available to shoot in with natural light and/or studio light.

 

I don't ask for a deposit at this time but payment is due at time of shoot.

Within a week (usually sooner) I will send you via Dropbox a link to your all pics (full size jpegs) which you can download and use at will.

 

I'll also do some basic retouching on 2 of your favorites (ie. removing spots or lightening a bit under the eyes, light skin softening etc.) and send you jpeg versions of those for printing etc. via Dropbox.

Additional retouches are $25 each. 
My personal feeling is headshot retouching is getting a little out of hand (everybody looks plastic!)

But of course if you'd like to send the files to a professional retoucher, you're welcome to do that.

For women, I do recommend having your makeup/hair done unless you want a very natural look. Make sure you're on the same page with your makeup artist before we start shooting, though, especially if you're doing a look or a makeup style you don't normally wear.

I can recommend(below) a few people that charge somewhere between $100-$200. Not a requirement by any means, but if you're not comfortable doing your own makeup, you may like your results better.

My general feeling is Less is more. Especially with digital photography. Many MUA are offering at drop by before the shoot makeup session before the shoot during Covid.
